Qalamaly exists for the schools the big platforms treat as an afterthought: independent private schools and the groups they grow into, anywhere in the world.

Said Qa-La-Ma-lee. The pen is what schools have always kept their records with; the ally is what we are trying to be while they do it.
Why we built it
Most school software was never built for your school
A private school of six hundred students runs on a register, a fee book, a WhatsApp group and four spreadsheets that only one person fully understands. It works, until the person who understands them is on leave in results week.
The software sold as the answer is built for the largest institutions — heavy with compliance machinery, priced for six-figure budgets, and blind to how fees are actually collected when half of them arrive as cash across a counter.
We took the opposite starting point. Qalamaly fits a single school today and a chain of campuses tomorrow, with a fee engine that speaks cash, bank transfer and challan. We stay deliberately narrow: we do the school day — students, attendance, exams, fees, staff and communication — exceptionally well, and let the assistant take the busywork out of it. We do not chase heavyweight compliance reporting, and we do not bolt on a full LMS.

The office staff who take fees and the teachers who mark attendance are the ones who decide whether a rollout works. We walk each group through their own part of the system, not a general tour of everything.
You can reach a person
Email, WhatsApp, or a scheduled call. You are not filing tickets into a queue and waiting to find out whether anyone read them.
It keeps getting better without a project
Improvements ship continuously and reach every school at once. There is no upgrade to budget for, no version you get stranded on, and no migration the next time something significant changes.

Every part of the platform — fees, attendance, exams, staff — is something the assistant can actually work with. It was built that way from the start, rather than a chat window added on later that can only answer questions.

Administrators, teachers, accountants, students and families all work in the same connected system. There is nothing to install and no server to buy.
Everyone sees only their own work
Each person sees and manages exactly what their role allows — a teacher their classes, an accountant the fees, a parent their own children. That holds for the assistant too, and every action is recorded.
